• Page limits:

  • Full Papers: 10 pages

  • Notes: 5 pages including references

• Formatting Guidelines and Templates (for accepted papers)

• Prepare a high quality PDF

• (optional) assemble supplemental material for the IEEE DL

• IMPORTANT: go over the Checklist

• Submit the final manuscript via IEEE Authors Kit, and also

• Submit the final manuscript online at PCS

• If you have not registered by the registration deadline your paper will not appear in the proceedings.
